Racists blaming a second wave on activism in 3...2... In so many ways small and big, I feel like we’re entering an era of stop-gaps and letdowns. I kinda don’t want to know where we’ll be in a month or five.
I'm of the mind that it's in part because we have a critical mass of people acting in bad faith making much of this worse than it needs to be. Were the media not politicizing and sensationalizing all our issues and people not inventing conspiracy theories I'm certain much of our pain regarding covid-19 could have been avoided. Not all mind you, but much more.
