I really, really do not recommend salvia for unwinding. It's a little too intense for that. Like, imagine your friend's face becomes several thousand coke can pixels for 9 seconds, intense. And you're still laughing, when you come to, but you don't know why, and then decide 0.02 s later that it's probably from social anxiety, but the alternating colors of infinite ice chest lines mean that you should chill out, probably.
