According to the Swedish public health agency they don't see a reason to generally recommend against ibuprofen unless you suffer from sensitive stomach, kidney or heart problems.
I mean, it's what you do. Standard Operating Procedure. Except maybe not such a great idea. I've seen trickles of this sort of stuff recently; my wife's groups are definitely all over it. What's heartbreaking is she's got stuff that came out last week that's already out of date so it's not like we can present any united front to every panicked human out there if the doctors have to revise their advice every 48 hours.
