The math is not good. The chances of asymptomatic people from this ship spreading it on flights or elsewhere are high. If the R0 is really something like 4 or more, then it would be difficult to fly and not transmit it. The Diamond Princess is a pretty good experiment for casual contact transmission.
That's okay we broke quarantine for fourteen cases on the Diamond Princess. China has 780 million people under travel restriction. Double the population of the US is currently being told to limit non-essential travel.
