Nah, this was totally novel for me. I got it down both legs, straight to the heels. The neurosurgeon said many of the same things. Assuming I don't become a couch potato she was super super optimistic. She really made a point to stress the fact that I'm not going to be a paraplegic. Just fucking hurts.

Ouch! I've only had it down my left leg. Did the injury while cherry picking on an orchard, the next day I was wincing with every step. Oooo it was painful. Keeping moving made a world of difference for me, frequent walks where possible then back into the gym to step it up when applicable. I hope you get it right efficiently!
