This title makes no sense to me. Isn't the article about how social reciprocity has been harnessed to keep us online as much as possible, not about how our phones have removed our ability to reciprocate socially? Or, rather, about how the author limited his instinct for digital social reciprocity and focused more on concrete social reciprocity?
Small nitpick, though. I enjoyed the article, just couldn't resist the urge to be pedantic this morning
