It looks like they're going to expand in 2019 - New York and Dallas being the next two teams planned for inclusion. Does Detroit have a solid rugby interest among the population?

I guess a big question, if it continues to expand, is how to appropriately split them up into conferences to avoid ridiculous travel schedules.

From what I remember of the teams being involved - they had to showcase they had the facilities and player numbers over 3 years prior to being included, but I'll have to dredge up the source on that.
