I refuse to believe that 455,000 number is anywhere close to accurate. Like when a teenager gets busted for 'pounds of marihuana street value of tens of millions of dollars' because they weighed his bong and counted it as 'drugs.' Not accounting for how much goes 'missing' in between seizure and final destruction.
