I love that Trump thought the Presidency came with a magic wand, and he'd just say "Trumpo Dilecto!" and illegal shit would suddenly be legal because he said so. Can you imagine a cooperative cyber crimes unit composed of Americans and Russians? These are literally the people who have been fighting cyber proxy wars against each other since the early 1980's, and now they are supposed to sit down in a room together and share code and techniques?
