Cable isn't worth it. It's expensive and a poor value. Not to mention the poor customer service that comes with it. I like to have baseball on when I'm doing stuff around the house and I'll poke my head in and look at the score. But you want me to invest $100 in that per month and you quickly see how ludicrous that is. Also you want me to pay you to rent a DVR and prevent me from buying my own. And I have to have an ugly box I don't want. And I have to put up with so many other channels that I don't want. Fuck the whole notion. It's nonsense. I'll watch Netflix.
Dude. Get a television antenna. They're still amazing if you watch public broadcasting, local news, or just have the TV on in the background while you do chores. Plus, there's tons of new digital channels that show everything from old westerns to crappy sci-fi to I don't even fucking know.
