When I first started working on Hubski, I toyed with the idea of making it completely anonymous, and without accounts. Of course, that would have preempted the ability to follow users. I've also considered making one or more shared public accounts. Basically these would be accounts that had public passwords, and some other editorial/functional limitations. Anyone could post or comment with these accounts. Not sure if it is a good idea, but I still find it interesting.
