Maybe the person who reported this is racist, maybe they didn't get a good look and thought it was better to safe than sorry. Everything afterword is fine. Security isn't about to say, "hold on a second, do you think that this might have been a glue gun?" or "hold on a second, they said that the armed man was black, do you think we should slow this thing down for a second and examine our hearts for institutional racism before we take a look for this guy?" Maybe the school is straight racist, maybe it isn't but neither case seems supported by the facts at hand.
