I got this in the mail today. The survey is very simple: I am to rate a number of things 1 to 5, like battery life, screen brightness, wi-Fi responsiveness, durability, chance of giving as a gift, application responsiveness, and a few other things.
My guess is that there is malware on it, and they are going to capture my passwords and logins. The Wi-Fi responsiveness, and application responsiveness ratings suggests they want me online. What I am wondering, is how specifically it is targeted at me. Both the envelope, and the writing in it is by hand.
I think I might pick it up. I suppose I could root it, but even then, who knows?

I knew a guy that built Hilton properties in vacation resort towns like Myrtle Beach. They would hold seminars for time share opportunity at the properties. They would robocall hundreds of thousands of people. Given the nature of my previous job I got to see the revenue they brought in, it was massive. I imagine these lures of a tablet work wonders.
