This is a pretty spot on analysis of why woman are unfazed. I know when I saw this video it really didn't surprise me instead what really did surprise me was how people reacted with shock and disgust. Social media posts and conversations I’ve had on the trail indicate that any number of women are unfazed by Trump’s talk. Maybe they already hold men in low esteem when it comes to this sort of thing. If that’s the case, Trump is, if nothing else, simply living up to women’s dismally low expectations

I think you're right. Part of the reason this culture hasn't gone anywhere is that it's been self-selecting, I think. The guys who want to do this probably wouldn't hang out with those who don't approve, so like with everything else these days, it becomes self-reinforcing.
