Ambitious, but I suppose it could be plausible and even fun. Thoughts?
Gimmicky.
The proposed plan doesn't seem sustainable to me because I don't think it addresses a demand. An urban paint ball range would probably have more paying customers. Better yet, just smash them together and have an urban paint ball range between two teams with zombies roaming it. They can have the hand held paint-grenades so when they 'get' you they can smash them on you and take you out of the game. Anyway, that starts to unravel when you realize that you have to pay the zombies. I'd rather see a small business that can improve a city block a bit, draw people into the area, and just generally make the little section of Detroit where it resides a little bit better for it being there, along with the job creation tax revenue it generates.
