That is pretty cool. Is that a tilt shift effect or just a focus change during the shot?
It looks like both! The shots have a very shallow depth of field and change focus. I wouldn't be surprised if they added the tilt shift afterwards as an effect to the shots that already has a changing focus.
So used to seeing his shorts and opens that I never saw the full cut. Reminds me of Sims City or Roller Coaster Tycoon!
