I'm here because I have friends here (and even some acquaintances) that I feel like I can be totally honest with about everything. With even my best friends in meatspace, there are some areas and topics where I feel like I have to filter my personality: I can't be totally honest all the time. Here, though, I can be 100% of the crazy fucked-up emotional three-dimensional human being that I am. In part, I think that's because no one here has ties to my other groups of friends. In part, it's a particular feature of this thoughtful community that can be tied back to its structure and to the people in it.

I guess I just like y'all.

Anyway, enough sappy shit. I have 2 pages left of a 12 page paper that I started just about 12 hours ago.
