You're right about where I'm at goals-wise.

Only beverages are water, black coffee and tea. I try to limit my carbohydrate intake as much as possible.

My fitness goals are up on the menagerie, and I'm doing okay. I might not do my full workout every day, but I make a point to have no more zero days (Barring rest/illness) with regard to physical health.
