Roundabout 10 EST, I think. Maybe a little earlier, maybe a little later. Certainly all of them by midnight. EDIT: scratch all that, only about a quarter of the precincts are predicted to be closed by 10. Midnight is still the likely end of it all, but 10 is when it starts to heat up, not when it's over.
