As promised, here are a couple of pics. Shout out to the Québécois woman who fixed my camera and took these images! It was really nice meeting lil and coffeesp00ns. You are both super nice and easy to chat with so I had a great time! And, yes, lil did make me wear her hat!
lil! You look exactly like a former ceramics teacher I had! Are you her? She used to banish me to the kiln room because I was disruptively high. What a dangerous idea that was! Would you(/did you?!?) do that? She also taught me more than all of my high school teachers combined, save two.
1. They taught you ceramics? This must have been an elite private school. 2. She banished you to the kiln room because you were high? -- What did she expect? You were in high school. Maybe they should call that stage of education something else. As you can see from the picture: There is evidence that I took notes.
We did ceramics in my public school art class too. The kiln room was great because the art teacher would hide in there to smoke after smoking on school grounds was forbidden for teachers and was willing to let us do so as well. Her and the sysadmin who would say that I was off somewhere helping him whenever asked, despite my having done something for him exactly once, were my favorite adults in high school.
