I would hate to have to do reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction to boot up my word doc, though. That's worse than LOAD "*",8,1.
Seriously, the read/write speed for a cell is incredibly fast, and the error rate amazingly low. It makes some sense for long-term storage, I guess. I don't expect to be pouring broth into my PC anytime soon though.
