Luis Buñuel is my all time favorite director, and this mash up with Dali is, in my opinion, amazing. Each scene teases at the idea of some kind of deeper meaning; while, at the same time, providing something completely surreal and unexplainable. Buñuel and Dali created a true masterpiece of surrealism. What I especially love about this film (well, technically short film) is just how fun it is to try and extrapolate meaning from the randomness. Is their really any order in this chaos, is meaning subject to the individual, or is there any such thing as true meaning?
