I did! Did something I was dreading for quite a while: challenged myself physically by doing an up-hill on my tough-gear bike, something around 30 to 45 degrees upwards. After binge-sitting away my time in front of the screen, it was not only a good change of pace but also a great source of energy. You feel alive after you've survived through a challenge. Nothing fancy, but a big deal for me.
