I had a great time today. It was very hot out and both the spousal unit and the canine unit weren't having as much fun as they would if the weather was more favorable, so they wanted to bail early and drag me along. Fortunately, on the way back to the car I ran into one of my buds. So the wife and dog got to go home early and I got to hang out with him and take me home later. It was a great show. All American classics with a few imports snuck in here and there for flavor. I saw quite a few cars for sale, so to pick on my wife I texted her a few pictures of ones I'd be willing to buy with the words "If you love me, you'd let me buy this." Unfortunately, or fortunately, they were all well out of our price range, so I won't be picking any of them up. While walking around with said friend, we talked about how his project car was coming along and what hypothetical engine I'd squeeze into the FR-S if time and resources weren't an issue. All in all, it was a good day.
