I honestly really liked the game. It's the only GTA style game I've been able to finish, and that's in large part because of the story. It definitely has all the issues you bring up, but I feel that video games are still finding their footing as story telling devices and to see something this big budget actually treating most of the women like humans and avoiding so many of the stereotypes they could have fallen back on was quite refreshing.
