It's definitely an interesting perspective to have on the subject. I never really thought about gun control that way. Although I did find the womens concern interesting. Don't know how to feel about being able to sue gun manufacturers.

Yet, I understand her rebuttal that baseball bats do have a primary use and causing harm is not it. Although it is arguable that a gun is made with the intention of going out and killing someone. There are marksmen contests, many consided guns an art form (design and stuff), and there are hunters. I'm not saying I choose either side, I'm just saying I see both sides
