I generally feel like supplements advertised as "women's xxxx" are just a marketing ploy. Your supplements can be the same as the supplements men take, as long as you are taking them correctly. Just my opinion really, but I have been using the same preworkouts as my male counterparts for some time with no issues.

I use preworkouts on and off since my tolerance builds fairly quickly. C4 was my old favorite but the beta alanine just got to be too much, it's very hard for me to focus on training when I'm itching constantly haha. It just tastes so good. Assault is pretty good with a nice flavor as well. There is a prewo called White Flood, it's a clean prewo with a decent flavor, but it's cheaper than both C4 and Assault.

I'm currently using GFuel link here. It's not advertised as a preworkout really, I think they consider it more of an "energy drink". It tastes great, no added sugar, gives me the energy to get through my training and I never crash from it. Feels like clean energy to me. It seems to get me through the day.

If it matters, I am into powerlifting and have been training for a few years.

Hey! Thanks for the lengthy response! I appreciate it. And I agree with you in regards to pre workouts "dedicated for women." I bet more women buy pink label pre workouts because they think the supplement is catered just for them...when all they're doing is changing the label to pink and maybe reducing the ingredients. However with that said, I did try that FitMiss pre workout.. and surprisingly I had good results. However, IMO the pre workout that was for both men and women (ie. not dedicated to a particular gender) was my favorite. I achieved better effects and had a harder workout. That was the Optimum Nutrition Pre workout :) I've also tried musclePharm assault! That was very tasty and good.

Also, thank you for the recommendation. I will try that GFuel. I think I want something less stim heavy. And like you said, "clean energy."

I've never heard of the FitMiss preworkout, but hey if it works for you that's all that matters in the end! It's probably very similar to the other preworkouts on the market like you said, just with some different branding. I hear good things about the ON preworkout though, haven't tried it yet but I probably will once I finish this tub of GFuel. Here's a photo of the supplement facts provided on the tubs/packs in case you want to take a look before you go and buy anything. That is for the green apple flavor but the ingredients are the same with the exception of the flavoring/color. I'd recommend checking out some flavors by getting the 3 packs before you buy a tub of anything. There are a bunch of different flavors but I'm not a fan of them all and I'm stuck with a whole thing of blood orange flavor that I dislike, lol.
