she's right, I agree. That said, it's nice to take a moment and revel in the enormity of progress that just occurred. It's seriously amazing. A major battle won in the war for equality.
Heh, yes, fixed. I'm an idiot. Indeed. I wonder how this will compare in the history books to the Civil Rights Movement (Will they start calling it the Racial Civil Rights Movement?). The marches weren't as pronounced, or violent; the oppression was more institutional and less physical. I wonder which, if any, moments or speeches will be memorialised.the enormity of progress that just occurred
