I've considered changing my name to 'And Also', to make myself ungoogleable. I haven't bothered because everyone in the first 10 pages of google results for it is someone else in my general area with the same name.
I don't seem to be googleable, upon inspection. That would be surprising, because I have a very, very unusual name, but there are two or three people with the exact same name who have made some semblance of a mark on the world, enough to obscure me from google. The odds of all this are kinda low.
If somebody were to write my name correctly, it would be very easy to find me. I use two versions of my first name, one written with an "O" and the other with a "U". Both are correct. The one with the "O" is for personal stuff. Facebook etc. The one with the "U" is for linkedin and business stuff. So depending on who is googling me, they will find what I intend them to see. Thats the plan at least
