You will receive daily messages about what people in your network said about other people outside of your network. It's amazing. ... oh wait, that's twitter. With the newsletter you will receive an email with the newsletter when it comes out. insomniasexx tends to put one out about every two to three weeks. They're great, I highly recommend going through past editions to get an even deeper sense of the community here. Cheers
