A lot of this is showing the fault in using: 1.) Interchangeable parts in varying models of vehicles 2.) using sole manufacturers (or perhaps 2-3 at most) for many parts 3.) using Just-in-time manufacturing, reducing the time for you to check the parts for flaws. It's a great strategy unless something goes wrong, because then it affects EVERYTHING. When everything operates as it should, it creates billions in sales.
