And any feelings about footwork? Hailing as I do from Houston, I have a soft spot in my heart for anything slowed down and chopped up, it's becoming a lot more commonplace (A$AP Rocky has a song called Houston Old Head for fuck's sake) and I've been jamming SlimK's remixes for the past few months. He's a younger guy who's been doing "chopped not slopped" remixes of just about everything. The style definitely goes hand-in-hand with drug culture, but it's great for just zoning out and driving around.
Shoutout to nowaypablo for realizing that hiphop and hubski start with the same letter. Chance the Rapper is bomb, he came to our town for a concert and killed it. Same with Bino. Didn't really get into West Coast type stuff till I heard Schoolboy Q, Freddie Gibbs, southern till I got into Big K.R.I.T. Love Kendrick. I remember hearing this song at the one party I've been to and couldn't help but laugh at the irony of it all.
