I'm sorry you had to go through this but glad to be able to read this account. When can we expect a Part 2? I look forward to reading of the rescued Creedence.
Also, GREAT photo.

Many thanks! I plan to post part 2 at www.triplesequitur.com on Friday afternoon (2/3), and if all goes well, will be sharing with the hubski community on the Monday following. Now, off to hunt for more photos! This blogging project really is something of an unassigned scavenger hunt, in its own strange way.

From your writing (and the photos) its evident that you're enjoying the "hunt". Have fun!!

Very glad to hear you enjoyed it, and happy to provide a contrast too. Much of my thinking is observational first and argumentative second. It's not that I don't enjoy a good argument, of course. But I do often wonder if much of our discourse as a society isn't determined by knee-jerk rhetorical assumptions left over from middle school English assignments. You know, the ones where you have to pick a hot topic and try your darndest to blow the other side out of the water. We get a similar lesson in dodgeball, now that I think of it.
