Both hilarious and informative. I do think we tend to overcomplicate what a good diet is. This puts it in perspective, plus this was great: Hemingway and Don Rumsfeld worked standing up, and if it's good enough for a philandering Communist suicide victim and a despised warmonger, then it's good enough for you. I think I'll stand at my desk more often.
