There's little doubt that something technically better will. However, it's possible that bitcoin will have such a head start that it will be more attractive to modify it rather than replace it. Ethereum sounds interesting, but as far as I can tell, its advantages are not obvious to the casual user, and I think Dogecoin is evidence of that part of the equation. The bitcoin of 2030 could be extremely different from the bitcoin of today.
