I would like it a lot if we had a feature or a page of some sort that revolved around 'your past conversations with x'. I think that would be cool, but a lot of work. Just my two cents.

It was created when the interactions were created. Sorry I just realized I didn't explain that at all. I was on the call and replying at the same time. Never a good choice of tasks to multitask. We went thru this whole thread to see which feature requests we got to and didn't. I got to this one and realized it had been implemented. You can access any by going to the graphs and clicking the number. Or altering the URL manually.
