I think the portions are really tiny, like no more than a mouthful or two. The drink pairings are probably also small.
Yes, I suppose they would have to be. I've never experienced anything like a 10 course meal. It would be way fun. I went to a super fancy restaurant last Friday though. I don't think I could justify laying out that kind of cash for a meal twice in a half year, let alone twice in a week.
