Two year old using British Sign language (BSL) to speak to her mom about her party, leaves and blueberries. She's adorable.

I really enjoyed this interaction and I agree with
that the mother is the most surprising part. She is wonderful with her daughter and obviously took the time to really learn to sign. Parenting is serious stuff and it's difficult. I have a 1 year old daughter and my responsibility to her is quickly shifting from one of just supplying nurture to one of supplying nurture and actual parenting via discipline. It's not easy. In fact, if anyone out there is a parent and can recommend some good books, I'd be interested. Thanks for this video, it was inspiring. I hope to have many such conversations with my daughter.... blueberries are yummy!
I'm most surprised by her mom. I'd assume that she didn't know sign language, and had to learn it for her daughter. Kids at that age are wired to pick up new communication, but her mom is not. I would feel such a responsibility to be the best at sign language as I could, since my shortcomings would limit my kid.
