1. fuuuuck that. if yall start giving weight to "reputation" I'm gonna have to unfollow a ton of people and start using hush way more. it would even further cripple new users, who are already crippled enough.

2. this could be solved by allowing image imbeds on profile pages like in comments. in fact this might already be the case? i believe ive seen it before but my profile image link isnt embedded. hover is annoying, so no to that. and the popups are one of the more annoying parts of the site. learn to use tabs

3. maybe

4. no, we already do enough against spam

Could you explain the meaning of the embedded image in your profile?

user-inactivated  ·  3734 days ago  ·  link  ·

ssshhhh he'll notice

i figured out how to trick the embedder. it's pretty simple, i bet you can figure it out too if you inspect the source.

if you are being literal it's from some 80s TV report about dungeons and dragons

If you're not being literal? I mean, assassination, suicide, insanity, perversion, etc...?

there was a lot of fear/hysteria concerning d&d during the 80s and 90s, because conservatives.

i feel the image represents me well. it was a choice between that or this

i believe ive seen it before but my profile image link isnt embedded.

That is because it's a gif.

user-inactivated  ·  3735 days ago  ·  link  ·

any reason in particular GIFs don't embed? if it's size concerns, well, I could always go link some obnoxiously large PNGs or something

mk  ·  3735 days ago  ·  link  ·

Because they are usually distracting at best. I've been meaning to getting around to detecting animated pngs. :)
