Hi! Welcome to Hubski. Basically you can follow people, tags or domains and ignore people, tags, and domains which creates a totally personal feed full of stuff you want to see. We have found that following other users encourages people to take care with the content they choose to post/share and also results in a more diverse and serendipitous feed. You can view all posts using the global feed. Exceptional content can be found under badges. Those are excellent places to start and as you get more comfortable with the community, you can figure out exactly who and what you want to follow. Let me know if you have any questions.
