Fuuuuuck. Worst question ever. Stopped drinking 2.5 hours ago. Now sitting in an airport terminal thinking about how I didn't sleep last night. All these fancy drinks people listed make me ashamed that I pounded Coors light all night. Oh well. There's a time and place to slum it.
Now I'm drinking some sour beer a friend grabbed. I don't know if it's beer. But it's pretty good.
Just cracked a bottle of malbec for the wife and I to drink.
I'm having a Moscow Mule. We stole a copper cup from a high end restaurant that we brunched a bit ago so I went to the store and got a bottle of vodka and ginger beer. Enjoying it for a fraction of the price now. Hashtag classy. :P Also GO DETROIT!
+1 for Moscow Mules!! You should try a Dark 'n Stormy if you haven't: Dark rum and ginger beer. Just as amazing. I had one of those copper cups in SF earlier this year! The barmaid took my licence as insurance I didn't run off with it, which I found a bit extreme. But, she was cute as hell so, naturally I handed it over with a smile haha.

We have a place here called Thomas Foolery that does really col mixes of things from childhood with adult things, like cocktails with gummy bears or alcoholic floats. Last time we kept it simple and did a Guinness float, which was certainly a different flavor, but good enough. If you ate some chocolate alongside it, it would probably be fantastic.
I didn't even end up following my own logic. Instead I had wine and cider and champagne with friends. The amber ale still sits undrunk. So do my two bottles of gin and my two bottles of balsam. It'll be awhile before I do finally drink them because I rarely drink by myself.
