I listen to kpop and jpop. I love it. I don't think i'll tell anybody though.
k/j pop isn't all that guilty of a pleasure. But it really depends on what you're listening to. I freely listen to most anime OP/EDs without worrying. But some of the more "girly" stuff I tend to keep to myself. I mean, it's kind of hard to explain this to someone who just looks over your shoulder or overhears what you are listening to.
That's the song that got me to listen to jpop. I listen to kyary now secretly. Also capsule is really good.
I'm personally not that much into Jpop. It's a fun listen every now and again, but like american pop, just kind of lacks the depth I'm looking for in music. Though, I've gotten similarly shunned by listening to any foreign music. So I be careful on who I tell.
