briandmyers recently posted about finding Monarch Chrysalises in his yard. I had recently returned front he Durham Life and Sciences Museum which has a fantastic butterfly house and really great collection of insects and critters.

We have Jumping spiders all over the place out here. They're aptly named, they're harmless and are a welcomed site in my basement.
