This was pretty funny.
You don't need to do much more than say "Huh, one day, SCOTUS hands down a ruling preventing New York from crafting state-level gun restrictions, and then literally the very next day SCOTUS overturns Roe v Wade in the name of states' rights." The outcomes are clearly pre-determined, and the only work is cherry-picking through history and using big words to get there.
And if you don't think that the GOP will agree to get out of each others' way to enact their wildest desires as quickly as possible, sorry, you're wrong. And it's a very effective thing, to be all working towards the same thing, obviously. Pretending like anyone besides maybe a handful of GOP senators would obstruct a GOP executive branch out of some principled stance of worrying about checks and balances, I'm sorry again, do you read?
