I'm posting this while enjoying some St. George absinthe. -It's damned good. It's fantastic to sip and it works well in my favorite cocktail, the "Corpse Reviver". Get a bottle!

Although the whole "luge" and "absinthe slotted spoon" and "sugar cube" are all wonderful rituals, they aren't necessary when drinking a "good" absinthe.
