It is time to be honest with myself. I am overweight. I need to lose some of it. Preferably 40lbs. That'll bring me from 220 to 180.
I'm in college so there aren't the healthiest options, but there is a free gym that I've gone to occasionally. I only do cardio when I go. An hour on the elliptical and I'm done. I climb the stairs to my floor instead of taking the elevator when I get back to my dorm, but that's the only time other than fire drills when I take the stairs. I'll go play basketball every once in a great while, but I've gone maybe 8 times in my 6 months here.
What tips do you have? Those who have done it, how do you stay motivated to do it? How can I make it enjoyable instead of a chore?
