My go-to site for making bread. Godawful layout, but great content. If you've made bread before, you already know how satisfying it can be (or frustrating, depending on your interest in detail and your level of patience). If you haven't made bread before, make it. Everything tastes better when you make it yourself, bread doubly so. It's also a good workout, which means you can proactively work off all the carbs that you'll inevitably pack in when you eat the fresh loaf all in one go.
