It's an adaptor board for a low-tech mashing addon to the boiler in me and my friends' beer brewing rig. A bucket goes in the middle while the holes around it are for venting hot vapour. Hopefully the heat + moisture won't ruin the MDF, but I'm a bit sceptical. Maybe Hubski has ideas?
