The problem today is not a “war” on anyone, but rather biases that limit and hurt both sexes in different ways, and the challenges of adapting to new rules and new roles. Men and women, we’re all in this together. Let’s act like we know that.
I think that this is right on, especially the issue of paternity and child support. One problem I see with simply promoting women's rights is that it fosters a mentality of "who should be on top" rather than simply "how can we create great opportunities for everyone across all divisions, real and imagined?"
