I was out catching fireflies/lightening bugs with my daughter tonight and I thought to myself, "the natural world, really is amazing." If you had never seen a lightening bug for the first time and came across one, wouldn't you be floored by how alien they seem? I'll add Hot-Pink Slug to my list of alien looking creatures I want to see one day, right up there next to a Pink Dolphin. -zomberry knows what I'm talking about.
